Hello. Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with Mary Austin, via Email or Snail-mail? I am a journalist in the U.S. writing a story about Freddie and Queen's influence on American Rock music. I would like to confirm some facts with Ms. Austin. Any help would be appreciated .

Pls.Leave Mary alone and let Mercury to rest in peace, what facts do you still want to know? What impact? This impact was so huge....there is no nation practicly on the etire earth who doesen't know who Queen and F.M was.I supose that every fan feels tha same with me, that legends never die,he continues to live thru us,thru his magnificant voice and music, until the last man on earth vanishes. It was truly a very talented artist,a Lover of Life and a Singer of Songs, loved by millions back than and even more now.We miss his personal appearance of course very much, because noone can ever replace him. See you on the other side Mr.Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy!

#4 - Oh really? So is that why he left his home and most of his fortune to her and only £500,000 to Mr. Hutton, the same amount he left to his chef and his personal assistant? It's his final actions that show how much love he felt for Mary. Looks like Mr. Hutton only served as another "assistant" in his life.

The way Mary treated the men who care for Freddie was very much opposite to what Freddie would have wanted. Do you believe Freddie care more for Mary than he did for his parents and the sister he loved so very much? Is sounds as if you have not seen the interview in which Freddie says he had at last found happiness with the relationship he is in. Mary worked for Freddie's company and knew how to pull the wool over his eyes. His sister has two children and they could have lived as a family in Garden Lodge. In an interview some years after his death she claimed she had no idea why the men that took care of Freddie and the home did not stay with her. Why was she so rude to Peter Freestone, a wonderful mn, when on a annversary of something he brought flowers to Garden Lodge. The way she treated these men and especially Peter, would have broken Freddie's heart. It took 8 years to settle that will and his parents and sister now share the money with Mary. Mary was no fool she hung in th
I believe Freddie did what Freddie wanted to do, where Mary is concerned. My understanding is that he thought of Mary, and she of Freddie that they were always trusting in one another. If that was not true, he had many years to kick her to the curb. I have no knowledge of what went on, or did not go on between Mary and Peter, and I would bet most people would not have the whole story. Mary and Freddie were both private people.
